I want to share with you a memory I have of Ashanti

It is Friday night. The band is playing and it begins to rain. Ashanti grabs my hand and asks me "have you ever danced in the rain?" of course with a huge smile on her face. We have a lot of fun dancing in the rain for several songs and it is one of my favourite memories of Izi meeting.

This is how I went from having a good time at Izi meeting 2012 to having a **great** time. I have Ashanti to thank for this.

The next morning, I am wondering, where did Ashanti go? I am speaking to Maciej and he tells me she was awake at 4am to fly home for niece's first communion. She came all the way to Grodziek and helped with all the Izi meeting organization and then she goes back early Saturday morning.

This is how someone makes a very excellent impression on you for only barely knowing them for maybe a day or two.

I will not forget her. What a sweet girl. I am very saddened by this news.
